Come if you dare...

Mitchell Halloween Party 2008. Our halloween party was great this year. I loved the suspense of what everybody was going to be. Everytime I look at this picture I just laugh - everybody looks so good. Thomas and Bubby dub won the best dressed contest. Thomas being the caveman at the end and Bubby dub (max) is the little spiderman. I love dressing up and this year I found our costumes on Ebay. Can't wait until next year.

Profile Picture

I have recently added a new profile picture, check it out. This all started when I asked Tre what I should be for Halloween. Instead of a witch, princess or anything somewhat cool, my sweet Tre replied "how about a penguin?" OUCH! This is about as close as a penguin as I am ever going to get. Love you Tre.

That's our girl!

Eliza is full of surprises. Not only did she have 6 fingers on one hand and 6 toes on each foot, she can do a push up at 10 months. Does she walk or crawl? Nope, she is taking it to a whole new level. Maybe she will be a gymnist.

She does love to eat! I am pretty sure she gets that from me or maybe I just love to feed her. Here she is inhaling some oreos. YUMMY.

She does love her dad. Infact, the first word she said was "da da". I think Jared has finally accepted having a daughter - he is a softy. I had 3 ultrasounds just to make sure that she was a girl. The ultrasonographer told Jared "I am sorry, but its a girl. If it were a boy, you would be worried by now if we couldn't tell. Get it? Jared needed to prepare himself for this. A little bit of heaven!

Trip to Mosida

For those of you that don't know where Mosida is located just let me tell you. You head to Elberta, take a right at the stop sign then drive north. And just keep driving....yep, keep going. You will know that you are close when you think you can't go any farther without reaching Saratoga Springs. HA HA

The Griswalds go to the Bateman's farm in Mosida, Utah. My little brother Thomas married Hannah Bateman. According to him, he married royalty and we all agree. This is a picture of the Griswalds getting ready to enter the milking barn. This was pretty cool and I even got to milk a cow...yep, it was pretty neat. They tried to get me to drink milk but that was going to happen. We had a barbaque and played volleyball at thier recreation center for about 3 hours. Good times.

He can do it!

This is our amazing son Tre. He is so smart it is sometimes scary. One night, he said to Jared" Hey, I got a great idea - lets take off my training wheels." So I guess our little boy wants to grow up. Jared took off the training wheels and let him go. He did great. Now he just cruises all over the neighborhood. He thinks he is pretty cool. Remember those good ole' days?

Hiking

One of my favorite things to do in the summer is go hiking. Here are a few places that we visited this summer. My friend, Becky let me borrow her backpack hiker and I loved it. I am definately going to buy one for next year. The problem is that Eliza is going to be alot heavier than she was this year. This is a picture of Jared, Tre and Eliza headed to the Grotto up Payson Canyon.

Eliza, Tre and I hiked South Fork up Provo Canyon with Janae, Jace, Jaquel, Jacey and Grandma Joni. What was supposed to be a 1 mile hike turned out to be about 4 miles. I totally got us lost but we got a good workout anyway.

Eliza is really starting to get used to the hiker infact, she has fallen asleep a few times.

And last, but not least a bunch of us girls took our kids up to the grotto. It was quite the group: Patti and kids, Andrea and kids, Cami and kids, and our new friend Jamie and kids.
