I don't think that Payless is living up to its name...today I went to get Eliza a pair of shoes and came home empty handed. $19.99 for a pair of shoes....are you kidding me?

You're not kidding! You should check out Ross for kids shoes. It's hit and miss, but I found Hudson's OshKosh sandals there for about $6 that I have loved and wish I had bought multiple sizes!
